Gel's Cooldown Cheat

Description
This mod reduces most cooldowns on powers to 1 turn . Yes it is unbalanced, and crazy.

The AI Opponents have regular cooldowns on their own powers.

Go forth and wreak havoc my dear friends...wreak h a v o c!

I suspect that any other mods that edit the powers will have a conflict. In which case you would place those after this mod in the load order.

Skills that have nothing to do with the player such as Quest based skills are excluded from the modified files.

Do let me know if there are any issues.

I wasn't able to make this work in DE. I had to manually add the .pak file, and the game told me that the mod was incompatible.

considering how often my turn gets skipped despite my stats i need to even it out

I'll look into it. Haven't played DOS 2 in a bit. I actually think there may be a better way to do this through scripting rather than editing the game stats.
