Vampire Counts (3 in 1) Flag Replacement

Hi Everyone!

Preamble - (skip to the bottom if you just want to read the mod description!)

It's been a long time since I posted something new (life has been a bit crazy this past year - lost my main hard drive and basically all of my work, just overall has been a year of a lot of new developments!) but I've been really wanting to get back into modding in a major way. With Warhammer Total War 2 release just around the corner here I'm hoping to start a bit of a more structured schedule in terms of mods and their releases (getting majorly hyped for the Dark Elves to drop and I'm already am working on a lot of concept art/schemes for them!) The dream right now is to be able to do 1 new mod every one to two weeks once the new game has dropped! The amount will depend on the nature of the mod - whether or not its a Lord Retexture or a complete faction overhaul. This Sunday I'll drop another mod I completed by request and some other additions, Norsca will hopefully be next Wednesday :) Need to get what I have out so I can focus on the second installments work.

This replaces the Vampire Counts, Von Carsteins and Templehofs flags with updated versions. Some people were making some requests for it so I thought I would throw it out there.

Also a shout out to Noif1988 who had a mod similar to this one that featured the Vampire Counts one seen above, drew heavily from it.
