For Legendary Lords skill options do you think you could change their skill choices that go along with their trait effect (Malekith + Dreadspear/Darkspear) to where they can go 4 or 5 points in to something. It would make sense that Legendaries would be able to sacrifice some of their overall power in order to excel in particular areas that a standard Lord never could. That would probably cause more incompatibility problems then just making completely new skills would though.
As Goldspark said, the extra health and wounded instead of killed are lost whenever you put a point in one of the rewardless ranks (I.E. 2)
As soon as you put a 2nd point in it you will lose the effect and when/if you do get to the points for the HP another point cancels that out too.
