Hmm. That's annoying. I hadn't noticed it yet but there are a lot of Lords and mechanics since launch. I'll have to look at it more. Might just have to raise the level cap instead. That's annoying.

I feel like this is some rework they did to the skill system when they transferred from TWW to TWW2 although I can't prove that without knowing how and what to look for in the files... anyways I remember a mod in TWW that added skills and had a skill dump that was merely 1% HP a point, accumulative and it did total out to however many it should. Perhaps you could reincorporate it like that with just some kind of incremental bonus instead of ranks with no effect.

For Legendary Lords skill options do you think you could change their skill choices that go along with their trait effect (Malekith + Dreadspear/Darkspear) to where they can go 4 or 5 points in to something. It would make sense that Legendaries would be able to sacrifice some of their overall power in order to excel in particular areas that a standard Lord never could. That would probably cause more incompatibility problems then just making completely new skills would though.

Something to note: When using this mod and probably mods like it, I as well as others commenting on some other mods encounter a problem in which no lords or heroes gain XP from anything, player or AI. Ticking this mod last seems to alleviate that.

As Goldspark said, the extra health and wounded instead of killed are lost whenever you put a point in one of the rewardless ranks (I.E. 2)
As soon as you put a 2nd point in it you will lose the effect and when/if you do get to the points for the HP another point cancels that out too.

I'm going to have to check. I've been too preoccupied trying to do a retexture mod I haven't looked at my other stuff since the update. Thanks for letting me know.

the extra health and immortality dont seem to remain on a character when you rank up the skill past the point it grants it. thi might be a bug introduced because of queen and crone or im blind and failed to notice before

TK Liche priests dont get a skilldump with their early immortality. Can one be added or it have 100 ranks? I know its not really that much of an issue with the option to turn off the notification of skillpoints to spend but still. Thanks

It's not a bug. It's bad luck. Rank 12 gives you extra
mastrgenocidest 5 Nov, 2017 @ 7:31am
Theres a bug with rank 13 that doesnt give any skill points

Updated for all lords and heroes that have the Immortality Skill. I still need to add a skill dump for the Legendary Lords individually.

So I decided that for now I'll just add hit point increase by 25%, 50, 75,100% at rank 25, 50, 75, and 100. Still working irl but should done tonight.

I am working on a big skill mod but that will take some time still.

@Suspense There was another skillpoint mod for the first game that used a skill dump that gave one percent of health per point put into it. The skill was called Unlimited Potential - or something like that - but I can't remember the name of the mod. It was convenient though, and less jarring than some blank skill box.

Maybe it could be a string of defensive, survival skills. Melee defense, missile defense, physical resistance, magical resistance, armor, etc. Each rank I have to assign some effect anyway.
Suspense  [author] 5 Oct, 2017 @ 9:43pm
Yeah. It'd have no extra effects. I've been trying to think of effects I could add instead of just a dump that does nothing.
DiZ_1989 5 Oct, 2017 @ 9:13pm
@Suspense So you'd make them... more immortal? I wonder how that works. And I guess a skill dump isn't so vital in this game since you can turn that notification off.
Suspense  [author] 5 Oct, 2017 @ 9:04pm
Unfortunately the skill dump didn't carry over.
Suspense  [author] 5 Oct, 2017 @ 9:03pm
Yeah. I think I might just throw on more ranks onto the Immortality skill since everyone has it.
DiZ_1989 5 Oct, 2017 @ 8:43pm
@Aurora He's gonna make a separate mod that includes it and other skills - at least I think that's what he said - that'll come out later.
Aurora 5 Oct, 2017 @ 7:13pm
I don't find fake skill dump...
