does this mod still do anything i noticed your other post about ca removing the general public order bonus or is there another bonus that this mod removes?

In Fact CA removed the general Public Order Cheats Bonus on their Cities, so youll encounter the same in Vanilla.
I recommend using a Mod like my Better AI 2 to make the Game harder, where ill give just enough PO to make it a Concurrent with a better Buildings Order.

Updated, enhanced and renamed Table to be high Priority.
Best to use it at the Top of Load Orders.
