Description
updated the old SME (Space Modules Expanded) to version 1.9

So:
Additional spaceport slots: total now 20.
Lots of additional items for those slots: +80 mods .
Spaceport strenght ranks up as more slots installed.


If like me you used spaceport expanded,( which used this mod "Spaceport Modules Expanded" as its source) When it was changed for version 1.8.2 "Renegade" decided to alter the structure of the source mod, therefore my savegame no longer worked properly anymore.
So thats the reason for me updating the source mod: IT IS SAVE GAME COMPATABLE for saves with spaceport expanded mod Pre-version 1.8.2. Also can be used for new games if you liked how the old mod worked.

Only changes I Have made are:
Reduced build aura: makes Defence Flower work for Fortress/Defence Stations.
Also you only get the vanilla fleet capacity: max 10 for ranked spaceport. Reason for this is to keep fleet size balanced.

Lowered the damage and fire rate of spaceport module slightly. Was too OP.

Revision: 1.02
Rebalanced and altered some of the functions/cost/benefits of the spaceport science modules.

@Riot was just gonna leave it as a legacy for anybody who still plays version 1.9.
Not had chance to play and try version 2.0 yet. Thanks for allowing me to keep it updated for the game till they made all these changes.
Think a complete fresh start for version 2.0 would be the best.

Sorry but with the upcoming changes in the next few week wouldn't be worth the time it would take. Going to see how the next update takes shape and how this will effect spaceports before deciding what I will do with this mod.

I've been using your mod for a while now, would there be a possibility for a compatibility patch with ExOverhaul Spaceport Automatization?

I love the 20 slots I have here, but I also love the modules from there :)

The issue for me was the PlanetEditor mod. This is very fortunate, since I can activate it and deactivate it whenever I want.
