Description
Workshop went nutso again and refused to recognize my mod for updating.
Adds a new Law group for Empires, Legionary Laws. These tank the levies you can gather from Vassals and gives you a standing army of 5 Legions(~27k troops) or disbands them if disabled.

I am not really sure why, but it seems like city_vassal_min_levy = 0 doesn't do anything, which means that I get to keep my vassal's levies as well.

Freaking workshop, yet another mod that it refuses to update. Fixes are in the manual link.

This mod has a problem which is that every empire on the map immediatly seems to toggle the legionary law on, that in and of itself isnt a problem, the problem is that it doesnt seem to reqognise when the empire gets into debt. So because of this it makes every AI empire become insanely into debt by paying for legions. Like -20000 into debt for the byzantine emperor. While this is funny there should be a function for the legions getting dismissed when the emperor go bankrupt to keep the emperors from absolutely dying economically.
