Description
Description
This mod adds a new unit for the Lizardmen: the Golden Horde.

It's spear-wielding cavalry unit with a large unit size. Strong against large units, these exceptionally well-trained warriors are no longer prone to rampaging.

In the campaign they can be recruited from the Temple Guard Barracks or the Weapon-Crafters' Commune. Cold One Caves is required as a secondary building. They receive extra stats from skills and technologies that benefit Cold Ones (Swift Rider, Soul Bound, Sequence of the Ferocity, etc.).

Compatibility
This mod only adds new things to the game and should be compatible with most (if not all?) mods.
It's also savegame compatible.

Not lore-friendly.

Removing this mod from my list breaks my Campaign save, even though I have none of them in my armies and I have not seen any on AI armies. Annoying since mod is suppose to be an add-on not an infected skin-graph.
To other players: even if he ever updates, install at your own peril.

So is there a unit cap? I too have built the necessary buildings and they're unavailable to recruit.

i am unable to recruit them in the campaign. i have all the buildings required, but it says i have reached the maximum amount of units possible despite never having recruited one, like there's some sort of unit cap on it

They feel really weak for their unit size and how amazing they look.

update?

I admit that I find their damage a bit lackluster compared to regular horned ones, but they have more units than the regular version. They stomp most of the cavalry in the game.

Looks great, any chance of an infantry version?
