I made this mod after reading a thread by u/Dondarion- in r/CrusaderKings. He prayed to the gods of r/CrusaderKings:
"I want everyone to eventually be dwarfs across all the world, and I feel like this would be great.
All the ruling class would be dwarfs, and only random pesants who would be spawned wouldn't have the trait eventually in this post-dwarf world"

I have answered.

**What this mod does:**

This mod gives the Dwarf trait a 100% inherit chance. It also increases the rate of Dwarf births across europe. I may need to fiddle with the rate so the spread is quicker/slower. Let me know what you think of the speed as I only playtested this for 2 generations.

As this modifies the traits file rather than creating new traits it wil be incompatabile with other mods that edit vanilla traits (in 00_traits anyway). So I included some common lines that make your offspring more likely to inherit congenital traits, if both parents have them. The chance if one parent has the trait remains the same.
