if this content pack consists of models and designs ripped from mass effect, the fact that you spent time to rip them and port them into gmod means absolutely nothing

also paying someone for doing so does not mean it's legally yours
the models and designs are still bioware's property
you cant legally own the effort you made to take another person's property

You were paid for creating something used ripped sounds and models from a copyrighted IP. And the server owner in question has attempted in the past the profit off said models and sounds ripped from a Copyrighted IP.

Neither of you have a legal, moral, or even TOS claim to any of this so I don't even know why you're trying.
