The stupidity
also paying someone for doing so does not mean it's legally yours
the models and designs are still bioware's property
you cant legally own the effort you made to take another person's property
what the fuck
Neither of you have a legal, moral, or even TOS claim to any of this so I don't even know why you're trying.
1) Correct
2) Correct
3) Not exactly, the origional handful of sounds and models were not done by revival, but the later ones are. This addon, which I should add is literally a 1:1 upload of the existing addon, was done so for payment, meaning it legally is Revival Server's content. Also, the part about the Steam Workshop being "Free Game" Isn't exactly correct. Anything on the workshop is free to use and modify, but not to take as your own and upload it yourself.
1.) Mass Effect is not your property.
2.) The Swep Base is not your own
3.) The models and sounds were ripped by someone else and literally require subscribing to that person's swep pack to use.
You realize that once something is posted on the workshop it is also considered free game right? It's in the contract agreements of the workshop itself. So it's funny you posted this. Because it won't change anything. Most you could do is shit post and whine but it'll just be fun to watch for the people of the internet to see.
