Description
Increments stats progression for Drivers, Engineers and Mechanics by x10

Also Engineers can improve their skills with HQ buildings:

Wind Tunnel improves Front Wing and Rear Wing skills
Test Track - Engine skill
Telemetry Centre - Gearbox
Brakes Research Facility - Brakes
Ride Handling Development - Suspension
Staff Housing - All

The mod with fire fantasy work with your solution.

@Tizianotollo it will work only for Mechanics and Engineers as Fire Fantasy is using already Driver Stat Progession.txt

You can try to overwrite that file if you copy my file from steamapps\workshop\content\415200\1195480661\Databases to steamapps\workshop\content\415200\2780804030\Databases but I can't guarantee anything

@Tizianotollo mod is active immediately and you should see its effects in a couple of seasons compared to a vanilla game

@Simon Roubal That's strange. Keep in mind that drivers who reached maximum potential won't increase their stats even with this mod

For me the mod worked for first 2 seasons, then even with mod enable i didn't notice any changes.
