You can try to overwrite that file if you copy my file from steamapps\workshop\content\415200\1195480661\Databases to steamapps\workshop\content\415200\2780804030\Databases but I can't guarantee anything
Btw, you should probably check x3 mod, since x10 is pretty aggressive.

Trouble is, by the end of the first season, all the potential new drivers are at full potential and very few want to join a noob team. My current game might be unplayable. Maybe a good idea to halve the improvement rate.
When the mod options come up in the game, it shows a bright "Subscribed" tag highlighting the subscribed mod.
However, below and to the right is a grey "Active" toggle switch that is off by default.
I must have left this toggle switch in the off position.
When I started a new game the mod was shown as subscribed with a large tick.
Tried a new game and built a Staff Centre.
In an old game without the mod, engineer Eve Harding was showing Age +1.61% Staff Centre +0.48%
In the new game with the mod, her experience increases are exactly the same.
Use x3 mod instead.
