Description
This mod adds new diplomacy options to the game :)

Here are some new types of diplomacy:

Diplomacy (Neutral):
- Alliance
- Trade Pact
- Surrender
- Request Vassalization (Peace Request)
- Demand Vassalization (Surrender Demand)
- Non-Agression Pact (Neutral)
- War of Independance (Force Release Vassal)

Vassalization can only be done as a surrender condition. The victor of the war becomes the Overlord to the Vassal. The Overlord can release the vassal at any time, but the only way a vassal can gain independance is from asking for it or declaring a War of Independance.

A Non-Agression Pact can be signed only at peace. Once this is signed neither person will be able to declare war untill the Non-Agression Pact is broken by simply cancling the Non-Agression Pact.

Small Note:
I hope the devs allow us to do more types of diplomatic options that are not two-way roads like they are now. It'ed be nice to allow the "Overlord" to have certain privilages, like being able to drag a "Vassal" into a war, or strip the Vassal of diplomatic options. Or possibly allow the Overlord to construct and mine on the Vassal's land while the Vassal cannot do this to the Overlord's land.

@Coggernaut

I hope that the update comes sooner rather than later... me and some friends I've made are wanting to try this mod out with the idea of starting our own kingdoms.

Yea I can do that ;)

I'll have to see if they let us do more types of permissions. Though I would love to have that happen.

Right now it's pretty mutual, so the vassal and lord are on equal footing. Though it'ed be nice to see the Lord have a little bit more power over the vassel permission wise.

I'll see what I can do :)

Is there a way to allow fasttravel through vassals/overlords lands?

Updated mod, it now says it's up to date :)

Hmmm, actually I can do this. I can set both factions to defaultly be able to:

- Build
- Deconstruct
- Edit Voxels
- Repair
- more

But the problem is this kinda makes the claimblock permission system useless. Since this gives the claim owner the settings to choose what each person is allowed to do on their claim.

In the future, the "Vassal/Overlord" agreement will be more like what you're talking about. Where the Vassal is forced to allow the Overlord to build and edit voxels (mine). This means the overlord can exploit the Vassal for resources and develope the Vassal's land be it roads and civil purposes... or turn it into a strategic defensive point.

Also historically, the Vassals where apart of the Overlord's Kingdom. As if it was one Kingdom. An example of this is the Holy Roman Empire.

hey coggernaut if you can it would be awesome if you can form a kingdom where different allies basically work as the same house but they are seperate houses forming 1 kingdom :D

if possible ik its a stretch but would be an awesome diplomacy mod for those who love their personal house!
