I'll give you that it is mainly a concern for multiplayer and your offered solution definitely works.

@JediMasterDraco That it should be implemented is actually no question now that they have already made it implementable as a ability. The above only concerns the multiplayer and can be completely disregarded in the campaign. The ability could also be introduced as a toggable setting for multiplayer, so it can be deactivated for the competitive and quickmatch multiplayer.

While true, there are balance issues to take into account. The griffon and its children are the only flying units in that game and insofar as I know, there's not much interaction between flying and ground units due to era in which Troy is set. Contrast that to Warhammer where the air battle can actually occur between armies, there are a number of ranged tools effective at taking out flyers, and even some specialized effects (like the spell Tempest) that only work on flyers. It's not so much a matter of whether or not it could be added in (the two games use the same engine so adding it shouldn't present a problem), but instead its a question of whether or not it should be added in.

@JediMasterDraco They already added it in Troy, so I think we can assume that it will also be the case with WH.

Technically, that hasn’t been added yet (least from what I last heard), but the possibility exists. And there’s always the chance modders will be able to hack it in.

@JediMasterDraco There are some little things that are missing and that could make the feel of game a lot better. Details like banners or musicians would be great. I am already overjoyed that flying units can now be landed manually.

I was inspired by a recent video that IndyPride/milkandcookiesTW did bemoaning how CA changed the Demigryph skin and I went looking to see any that reversed that. I saw yours and noticed there was just that small thing. This is a great mod for those of us that love the Empire.

@JediMasterDraco @alb3rt95 Thanks again for letting me know!
