Description
The Tech Giant of Voxel Turf. This pear-ody lot (Apple + Google's Android) is here to satisfy all of your Turf Citizens' luxury, cellular needs! The lot is a commercial lot, and acts as a "Luxury" (Goods) store. As such, the population demand is relatively high (3,500) for it to be at its full money-making potential.

The lot is also completely rigged with functional lighting, and I've had a little too much fun hitting the lever on the 3rd floor to shut off all the electricity.

Like a 1x1? I'm not sure if I could get a price that low, but I can try something. I'll just have to find some time to build it after completing a current project!

Following that, if you have a particular building you want to save, you can save the lot as a template, and for placing merchants, what I did was hit F3 while in game, and write on a piece of paper next to me coordinates that would create a box like structure. You add this to the end of the lot string in the mod text folder that you should create.

Again. I would recommend looking at the vanilla files which can be accessed here, and I recommend opening them by either... Having "Preview Pane" enabled in your file explorer OR using Notepad++

The vanilla model can be accessed: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Voxel Turf\lots\packs

There are several small steps for learning how to do this. What I did was essentially "copy and paste" by looking at the vanilla file in the Voxel Turf Folder on the harddrive. Snapper has made it very, very convenient for persons with Notepad++ or similar to modify things, with not even an actual knowledge in coding, like myself. These types of buildings -- commercial -- WILL HAVE to be saved as a mod, and then specially loaded into the game. There's no ingame mechanism of creating commercial buildings. But what you can do, is see how I set up the mod, by going to your C:\ drive files and looking for:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\404530\1220858879

how did you manage to convert to a comercial building and add the ai that you can sell and buy stuff from im in the middel of a project and it ment to comercal but i cant figure out how to do it pls help

@Snapper :D hence, why I wanted it to a-pear as a pear-ody. XD I’ll s-pear you a long explanation of why I did this building, and basically just tell you I thought it would be su-pear funny to add a luxury service that would com-pear to the likes of Apple and Google.

@Roskomnadzor I am glad you are enjoying it! If you see anything that needs fixing, let me know, because it was a rather detailed build and I might have missed things, but haven’t noticed.
