Description
DESCRIPTION
This mod adds a new weapon resource for mappers to use in their map or for use via CWM and such.
Note to mappers: in game folders, weapon is named "ExplodingPalm".

Staff of Insatiable Bloodthirst once belonged to Mordekai, but (lucky for you) was lost during one of the battles between Mental forces and Sirians.
Using it, Mordekai was capable of turning his foes into walking bombs, devastating whole armies with couple of spells.
This artifact of great power was eventually found by Sirians and kept in the deepest catacombs of Egypt.

This is not a usual weapon. You can use the staff to curse enemies. Staff can cast 2 different curses.
You can switch between them by pressing your Alternative Fire key (right mouse button).
To curse an enemy, you must aim at him and fire. The Bloodstone in the staff will glow red/purple if an enemy is targeted, as well as the targeted enemy.
If you fire while no enemy is targeted, you won't spend any ammo.

First curse causes enemy to bleed, which is indicated by a special effect above its head.
If an enemy dies while bleeding, it will produce an enormous explosion of blood, which deals damage proportional to the cursed enemy's max health. So, for example, explosion of rocketeer won't even kill other fellow rocketeers standing nearby, while exploding Biomech Major can destroy all lesser enemies that happen to be close enough to it.

Second curse makes all enemies in some range from the target to attack cursed monster instead of players.

One enemy can be under effect of both curses simultaneously.
Casting same curse on an enemy which is already cursed will refresh the duration of the curse, but won't stack effects.

Well then check again, and try re-subscribing to the mod.
It works for everyone else with these requirements, so either Steam downloaded it wrong, you are still missing something.

You must be missing either some required mods or required games then. Make sure all of them are installed.

Sorry,Just to find a random mod made by you. Also this weapon is great too,I like it. And I think you can do the Spellbook weapon like SzamanUMU! said.

Like I said It adds 4 new weapons but they are only usable in the campaign,so EFFECT PARASHI(creator of INTERVENTION - First Contact [EP1]) told ask you this;Can you put those weapons in CMW,please? I wanted to see them.

That mod's full title is called INTERVENTION - First Contact [EP1],and the Author is named EFFECT PARASHI.
