All these blood textures are made by Valve. They are in fact called blood stains, as they'd have supposedly been settling and deoxygenating on the surface for a long time, that is why they look like this.
They are now actual blood sprays. It does look unrealistic and they are large, but I like them makes a nice mess.
The reason I would make a change from the original addon, is that there was one blood that looked weird and more unrealistic to me, I replaced that, and also there was 3 blood duplicate blood decals so I just mirrored those to make it less repetive looking. So, here is my alternate universe version of that.
