Currently tagging Konnor as The Ascension, Viktor is known as "The Scalpel" for his pointed precision attacks.

As Rick Victor in FCW, he once defeated Seth Rollins to win the FCW Florida Heavyweight Championship, although he lost the title to Bo Dallas immediately afterwards.

On NXT, Victor again challenged Rollins, but after losing to Rollins, disappeared from the roster for around a year before joining The Ascension alongside Conor O'Brian.

Changing their names to Konnor and Viktor, The Ascension amassed a strong NXT following and held the NXT Tag Titles for a record 364 days.

After being called up to the main roster, The Ascension quickly lost momentum after initially calling out legendary tag teams from years past. The team is still active on the Smackdown roster, but have not captured any tag titles outside of NXT.
