The Phil Swift Arsenal

Description
The Sword can be found east of Whiterun/north of the ritual stone, on a boat in the river. I really have no clue why I made this. "THAT'S A LOTTA DAMAGE!" will play whenever you get a critical hit or sneak attack with any weapon.

Rumours of hastily made shack where a man stabbed buckets to the north of Shor's Stone have spread around the town...

Might update this at some point, who knows?

Everytime I'm sneaking with headphones on and I get a critical hit I have a heart attack as Phil Swift screams THAT'S A LOTTA DAAAMAGE" at me. Truly an unparalleled experience

"After panicking, he grabbed the Swift Slicer and rode his boat across a river to escape capture, but not before hiding the Swift Stabber in his bucket. Philicus rode for days, but after running out of food, he knew his days were numbered. Instead of turning himself in, he did one last test with the slicer, as he hoisted up his boat, and with one clean cut, sawed his boat in half. His greatest work now accomplished, he committed suicide in the severed boat, which to this day has never split apart with the blade inside."

"His endeavors ended up creating weapons so powerful, that even he couldn't believe it. He tested the sword on many things; wood, stone, and even put it under a waterfall to see if it would hold. It did, so well that the current it lay in halted when it reached the sword. He then decided to test his dagger's penetrative power, but couldn't find something satisfying until he found a bucket of water. He emptied the bucket, stabbed it once, and refilled the bucket only to find out that nothing would leak. After much celebration, he caught wind of Whiterun guards who learned of his efforts after a pack of hunters oversaw his tests. He knew that he had to leave, but he couldn't take both as time was short."

"Philicus Swiftan, a retired worker at the Raven Rock mine, was down on his luck when the ebony started drying up. Being the last worker, he was able to find the last ebony left, until one day he stumbled upon something big. He found some ebony that was as powerful as regular ebony, but was flexible and managed to stop a large water leak in the mine. A rather selfish character, Philicus took as much of this mysterious ore as he could carry, hid it away while he was in Raven Rock, and took it with him when he went home to Skyrim. After much pondering, he decided to craft his ore into two weapons, a sword and a dagger, which he nicknamed the Swift Slicer and the Swift Stabber."
