Flawless Gem Crafting

If you, like me, use Gems alot for crafting and such then you might find this mod handy.

It adds several new recipes to the Skyforge in Whiterun(So it doesn't clog up the Forge Menu). It allows you to turn regular Gems(Amethyst, Diamonds, Emeralds, Garnets, Ruby's and Sapphires) into their Flawless counterparts.

The recipe itself doesn't really make sense, but I choose a Misc item that has pretty much no use in the base game. The recipes I added are:

Amethyst+Mammoth Tusk=Flawless Amethyst
Amethyst+2 Horker Tusk=Flawless Amethyst

Diamond+2 Mammoth Tusk=Flawless Diamond
Diamond+4 Horker Tusk=Flawless Diamond

Emerald+Mammoth Tusk=Flawless Emerald
Emerald+2 Horker Tusk=Flawless Emerald

Garnet+Mammoth Tusk=Flawless Garnet
Garnet+2 Horker Tusk=Flawless Garnet

Ruby+Mammoth Tusk=Flawless Ruby
Ruby+2 Horker Tusk=Flawless Ruby

Sapphire+Mammoth Tusk=Flawless Sapphire
Sapphire+2 Horker Tusk=Flawless Sapphire

No perks required, since I didn't think it neccesary.


This mod would go well with my buddy's Diamond Smithing Mods. Don't let the name fool you, he's made each type of weapon, with each type of gem.
