Description

Authorization is given to use this mod for non-comercial purposes and following the rules of The Modiquette[forums.civfanatics.com]

Creates the Colony Improvement which can be created by the Colonist unit, avaible at Navigation. Colonies can only be build outside your borders and cause all the adjacent tiles to be yours. Altought causing 1 Unhappiness the Colony Improvement grants you 2 Production and 3 Gold, and connects any resource placed on the centre tile.
