Triple tech and increased resource [No DLC]

Description
*UPDATED* This mod add posibility to research techs 2 more times. This mod will work when no DLCs are installed.

Resources:
-Increased gold and stone to 50000 each.
-Increased wood resource to 1000 for each tree. (New)

Techs:
-Horse Collar and Heavy Plow technologies also increases farmers working rate by 15% each so food will be gathered faster. (New)

Bugs:
-AI can't reach the duplicated tech(Possible fix: Make a custom AI)
-Even any tech is forbidden for player e.g. Crop Rotation in Imperial Age, it still can be researched 2 times.

This is a remake of Nonuple(9x) Tech Mod by Nitori-chan

The triple tech aspect of this mod doesn't work on my scenarios for some reason. The increased resources still works. They both work for random maps. Are scenarios handled differently for some reason? Yours isn't the only mod of this type I've tried that has this problem. Any ideas how I can get triple tech on my scenarios? Thank you.

My bad, I should have been more clear; It doesn't work in all cases, and some technologies, mainly unique ones, can't be researched repeatedly.

it works you just need to change it at data set at loby of your game. There is like original game, expansion and those triple tech mods too
