Report a translation problem
Unfortunately, it doesn't. I had to hard code the changes - so they won't apply to anything not known in BNW. Perhaps there is a way to apply these changes for other mods as well but I would have to think about it which might take a while.

I'm pretty sure it it possible to implement some kind of "drain" which diminishes production and science of an opponent you're influential on while granting yourself the difference in production/ science. I don't have enough time at the moment to put it into the mod, though. But be ensured - I'm working on it. ;)
I always thougth tourism should have a positive effect on diplomacy and IMO there seems to be few deep ways to improve diplomacy in this game, making the diplomacy feel kind of shallow.
If you already have some specific improvements in mind, just tell me and I'll see if it can be done.
