This template can be used to construct your own unique deadly 70k-120k Frigate - cruiser, or reverse engineered, improved and used as a learning tool.
X1 Heavy armoured front turret cassematte.
X1 light armoured weapon bay.
10K steam power.
10K fuel - electric power.
1700 DPS point defence laser.
1100 DPS Point defence laser.
PID - propellor stabilised.
Composite armour.
EMP shielded AI core.
x2 Heavy armoured ammo racks (at rear to force enemy lead fail to miss ship).
armoured amunition processors.
armoured control room.
rooms and doors.
I left out "bridge" above decks and citadel so it can be made unique.
All It needs are sensors, propellors around Centre Of Mass, more AI and of course YOUR weapons.

*If forward weight becomes an issue: replace heavy armour with metal or alloy or, add an extra layer of alloy around main hull ,or replace heavy armour with metal, or just ninja tetris the ♥♥♥♥ out of it (:
