Apologies to all my subscribers & followers for the deletion of my entire SE workshop a while ago.
You'll be glad to know I'm back in the saddle though, with a whole heap of quality new content for you.
I hope you enjoy it - and please be patient while I get it all published, as it's likely going to take a while.

Welcome to EMGC
===============
EMGC is the Enthusiastic Malleable Goods Condominium, a newly formed subsidiary of SAVTec Industries.
Named in honour of a certain Earth-based Software House, EMGC has but a single goal; to rebuild, rebalance & improve upon the ships of the KSH fleet, making them more practical, useful and fun in-game, while still retaining the original KSH style.

EMGC will eventually comprise 3 ranges of ships; the Respawn & Cargo ships, the Easy Start ships and the Campaign ships.

EMGC / SAVTec Build Mantra

100% vanilla
Survival, Exploration, Projector and 1st person friendly

No Scripts, Pistons or Rotors unless otherwise stated
Total ship-wide conveyor integration - always!

Where possible, all EMGC & SAVTec ships feature...
-Standardised air-tight docking rings with cargo transfer
-Pre-configured Button Panels & command station / cockpit hotbars
-Clean control panel with all items named, grouped & hidden where appropriate.
-All control panel items prefixed with the name of the ship for easy identification.
-Cameras forward & aft, docking cameras port & starboard, additional cameras as required.

The KR-L Advanced Atmospheric Lander
===============================
Annoyingly I could find almost nothing wrong with the original KSH atmo lander. It had everything it needed & was up-to-date enough that it didn't demand a remake... but I said I was doing all the KSH ships, so do them I shall!

Very little has changed from the original design except the look & layout. I've improved forward & reverse thrust, as I felt those were lacking; and added a small handful of new features that'll hopefully make the ship that much more useful from a standing start without being overpowered.

My guiding philosophy with this build is that there should be no immediate need to improve the ship as soon as you touch down in order for it to be capable of sustaining & protecting you.
With the KR-L you can get straight into the fun of exploring & taming your new planet without the pressing concern of a ship that for no particular reason is missing vital functionality, such as the means to produce power.

New features
==========
-2 Solar panels. No more need to build your own - you can get straight to exploring.
-Remote Control & Antenna, in case you find a better landing site you can bring the ship to you.
-Forward & aft-facing cameras for flying by remote (or just looking at the scenery)
-Programmable Block & Timer Block for your favourite script (no script provided)
-A connector on the belly of the ship in easy reach of the ground (also good for docking to a space-going vessel for transport to your planet of choice)
-Defensive turrets covering the access door and the connector - no more spiders sneaking up on you!
-Cryo Chamber so you can use it in MP servers
-Convenient button panels for quick access to all your most commonly used commands
-Landing, Navigation and spot lights - because light. When safely on the ground, the Stern Nav light can be repurposed as a work light to illuminate the connector.
-A Gravity Generator - not that you'll need one but it's good for parts, right?!

This ship now also has an Ore Detector... thanks to Samyaza93 for the report!

All other features are as they were in the original version.
The Refinery & Assembler have not been upgraded (much as I would've liked to), as there simply wasn't enough room.
Cargo capacity remains the same.

The Reactor, Cargo Container and Assembler are now all accessible directly from inside the cabin.

The KR-L crews 1 with cryo, medical and "day bunk" for 1, though with this version you can easily add more seating & swap out the med bay for additional cryo (for up to 3) if needed.

I'll later be releasing a MK 2 version and a military version for my upcoming EMGC Alternate Cargo Ships collection, so look out for those soon.

The mod you requested is published. It only replaces the one Respawn Ship so far (Earth Atmo Lander) but will later replace all of them.

Looks like I may *have* to take my time! The code structure of the files I need to modify has been changed recently & the only info I can find refers to the old structure. In short I've spent all day learning how to mod in a language that the game no longer understands!
I'll get there but it may not be as soon as I'd hoped.

Not yet. You can find one in the collection that replaces all the stock Cargo Ships with my EMGC versions, but there's no replacer mod for any of the Respawn ships yet.
I'm looking into creating one as we speak, though I'm new to modding, so you'll need to be patient while I figure it out. :steamhappy:

@Gamer9oo1... No need, it's already done. Thanks for the offer though.

@Jack... All better. The Reactor, Assembler and Cargo Container are now all accessible directly from the lower deck. I've positioned the Cargo Container as far from the batteries as I could but there's not much room to play with, so hope it's ok in the new spot. Let me know if you find any more room for improvement.

@Jack... It does have a single small container - just behind the Assembler. When the ship is powered you can access it via the Reactor or Assembler or from the connector outside... but you're right, the storage should be directly accessible. Not sure why I missed that - it's normally a must-have feature for me - but I'll get on it.

Lacks storage...Or none at all I can find for easy character acsess.

Could I recomend a sml cargo container somewhere on the first floor, perhaps away from the batteries?
