Red Delta Mining HV

This is intended as an upgrade/replacement/improvement over the old Drill Sergeant. It is more expensive than Drill Sergeant but still not extravagant as the Katydid. The wider hover base and larger overall size gives it much more stability.

Features:
- O2 tank and a dispenser accessible from underneath
- Minigun mount and turret to protect you from pesky drones
- Spotlights and lights help you see better at night
- Docking Pads on top allow you to dock underneath your CV
- Lots of RCS to help you maintain solid control while digging
- Lots of retro thrust to help you back out of the hole you just dug
- Spread out drills help you cut a clean tunnel or bowl to get quickly to ores

I highly recommend upgrading to the laser drills as soon as you're able to, they make a huge difference. I do not include them in this blueprint because those are level 20 and I wanted this HV to be available much earlier in the game.
