Description
If you have a question about whether something in vanilla is capturable/functions when captured, I ask that you please check the Known Capture Issues thread first. If your question still isn't answered after that, ask me.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a patch for the original Any Capture mod, so you shouldn't use this with the original version. If you are currently subbed to it, I'd recommend unsubbing from it and using this instead. Unsubbing from the original won't damage anything.



This is a reload of the original Any Capture mod by Darexon, so give him some credit for the original mod; I just took over updating it, with his permission, in order to expand upon it and allow for even more captures than before.

Makes nearly all monsters capturable, including the Po, all the space monsters, farming monsters, Kluex Totems, and quite a few more.

Do note that quite a few monsters still do not act perfectly; for a list of known issues with some monsters, see the discussion thread linked at the top.

While this should work with most other mods, other pet-related mods might have issues interacting with this one, so watch out for those kinds of incompatibilities.

Also, this mod might make some modded monsters capturable, though it does not guarantee that in any way (it depends on the monster). In fact, it might allow capture pods to instakill certain typically non-capturable modded monsters, so... be warned.



Last thing- I have noticed a large number of users who have stopped using my mod after subbing to it. Unsubbing shouldn't damage anything permanently, though a few of the new captures will only function while this is installed, but if anyone is leaving my mod due to complaints, issues, etc. with its functionality, I would really appreciate a comment elaborating on the problem so that I may fix it. Thank you.

Ok, I went ahead and tested for a bit since I came back to another playthrough. It is in fact this mod that makes creatures pretty much unkillable. Not sure if it is due to conflicts with other mods I have, but removing this mod set my creatures defense back to normal.
