If your city has unlimited speed on your freeway, courtesy of Traffic Manager: President Edition, then you need a performance vehicle on your police fleet. Some places in Germany uses the M5, but the 5 series sedan and wagon are much more common. For now, let the M5 sedan patrol your roads and catch up to the speed monsters in their supercars

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
