This module is meant to extend either the "All Mobs Spawner" or the "(almost) All Mobs Spawner":

The module adds on the most important spawns (Trogs and Corruption) to complete the corners.

Place the cornerstone at the end of the new gap formed after extending the spawner with the Side extension, at the Corrupted blocks level, as depicted in the screenshot.
