To anyone with the headlights unavailable in the shop, here is the solution:
-Close the game and navigate to the mod folder (D:/ is used here as an example but find the steam folder where the game is installed)
D:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/workshop/content/645630/1334211015
-open parts.txt and add the following lines anywhere:
car_semi-headlight_left=100
car_semi-headlight_right=100

How do I find/get this into my game?

same problem here, i had to put the old headlights back in for now

like Rob Sundstrom said, the headlights aren't purchasable. they are called car_semi-headlight_right/left, and cannot be found.

I have the unrealistic tire setting on but still can't buy the front tires,is there a fix for it?

16 b motor for weak even if you bost engine it up and have 10 gears need at least v8 engine
horrible and driving car jumps on the road

how much work and how hard was it to get this in Car Mechanic?
i am no modder, but if it isn´t to hard, i maybe do some ports like this.
i just want more mods, can´t have enough.
And a Gavril Bluebuck or a Cherrier Vivace in CMS would be cool :)
