To anyone with the headlights unavailable in the shop, here is the solution:
-Close the game and navigate to the mod folder (D:/ is used here as an example but find the steam folder where the game is installed)
D:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/workshop/content/645630/1334211015
-open parts.txt and add the following lines anywhere:
car_semi-headlight_left=100
car_semi-headlight_right=100

like Rob Sundstrom said, the headlights aren't purchasable. they are called car_semi-headlight_right/left, and cannot be found.

I have the unrealistic tire setting on but still can't buy the front tires,is there a fix for it?

You cant buy the front tires for the truck because one of the specs only goes to 90 and the tires require 95 on the spec. I also tired unrealistic tires size and still stops at 90 and cant get o 95.

Nice idea but a lot of work should have been done before uploading. Missing fuel tank, exhaust, battery. Missing T-Series headlights. (I understand the fix down below, but this should not have to be done.) And 3 body parts that are available are not even used (I had to sell them). I might check again when this is all fixed. I love trucks.

To fix the headlights not being there go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1334211015

Open up the parts.txt and replace the whole thing with this:

car_semi-bumper_front=100
car_semi-bumper_rear=100
car_semi-door_front_left=100
car_semi-door_front_right=100
car_semi-headlight_left=100
car_semi-headlight_right=100
car_semi-fender_front_left=100
car_semi-fender_front_right=100
car_semi-hood=100
car_semi-mirror_left=100
car_semi-mirror_right=100
car_semi-window_front=100
car_semi-door_rear_left=100
car_semi-door_rear_right=100
car_semi-window_door_front_right=100
car_semi-window_door_front_left=100
car_semi-fender_rear_left=100
car_semi-fender_rear_right=100

Now search for the semi and the headlights will be there.

Or what I would recommend is that you go into the parts.txt and them to the list.

then i would recomend making them dummies so that these comments could stop and so that the truck be %100 all the way when you restore it

THERE IS NO HEADLIGHTS!! thwy are the hood the hood has the headlights in it!!!

and its not showing up in the shop and the headlight housing is see through to the suspension

you are missing the headlights of the truck, where the front lights are for the truck that is part of the hood, the actual part for the headlight is missing.
