DOM Hyena L-MBT (Modded)

The Hyena class Light Main Battle Tank was in the service of the Dominion of Man throughout the war with the Imperium, and is said to have been in service since before the Haven colony had been rediscovered. The vehicle was first sighted by Corporate personnel as a wreck, during a resource scouting mission. It was on what was assumed to be a battleground that had been contested by the Dominion and another then unknown faction, and most of that vehicles systems had been destroyed. Later encounters revealed its tactical capabilities.

The Hyena has two primary attributes. One, it is FAST, easily able to outpace most other vehicles. Two, it is tough, making use of composite armor it can protect the driver from most weapons the vehicle is likely to face. In addition to its primary capabilities it is equipped with a basic surface scanning system, potentially alerting the operator to threats not visable in the main scopes.

Often deployed in groups of three, Hyena's hunt in packs, and favor soft or weakened targets, usually raiding supply convoys and picking off small groups of infantry.
