This mod adds the Soviet Union to the game as a playable civilization, led by Lenin himself!

Unique Ability:

All Power To The Soviets!

+1 Production and Science from Tundra and Snow tiles. Great Engineers and Great Scientists gain +1 Charge during Golden Ages. +1 Era Score from constructing Industrial Era (or later) buildings.

Unique Unit:

T-34 (Tank)

Cheaper to build (380 vs 480) and costs half the usual maintenance (3 vs 6). +7 Combat Strength vs City-States; +10 Combat Strength in your borders. Receive a second T-34 whenever you build one during wartime.

Unique Infastructure:

Naukograd (Improvement)

Must be built on flat Tundra or Snow terrain and not next to another Naukograd.

+1 Food and Housing. +1 Production and Science per two adjacent Woods. Industrial Zones, Campuses, and Spaceports gain +1 Production and Science per adjacent Naukograd. +1 Culture with Ideology.

Unlocked with Urbanization for Builders.

LENIN

Leader Ability:

Red October

All Diplomacy slots become Wildcard slots in any government. +1 Wildcard slot under Communism (+2 if you own at least 6 Industrial Zones).

Leader Agenda:

What Is To Be Done?

Likes nations with the same government type, especially those with heavy industry. Dislikes warmongerers that don't share his government type.

This mod is compatible with Yet Another Earth Maps Pack and Rule With Faith.

NOTE: Lenin's Communism bonus applies to the "People's Republic" government type when Rule With Faith is enabled.
