Toponymic Mod

Description
Features:

- Much more dynamic names of provinces (but there are no many changes from original dynamic names for Americas)
- Mostly changes cover Europe, North Africa, Near East and Central Asia

- Nations also have indigenous names
- Fixed leader and monarch names for East Slavic and Tatar (Astrakhani, Kazani, Mishar) culture groups. Also I have added much more names for them;

Unfortunately, this mod is incompatible with Ironman despite it doesn't change the gameplay anyhow. Designed only for the English version.

There is also a version of this mod which doesn't change country names: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1358703817
And a version which changes only country names (compatible with Ironman):

Is it compatible with pre existing saves?

What do you mean by "Scandinavians (except Finns)"?
Finns are not Scandinavian.

Does the Flemish Culture use Dutch names were there aren't any Flemish available? Or do they just use German or basic names for those?

I use AkelPad.

Alright. I actually started working on trying to combine the two mods myself... if you like, I could send you the two combined mods.
What text editor do you use by the way? I'm having a problem with Notepad++ where certain accented characters show up as black highlighted groups of letters, such as xE7 and such.

No, I don't have such plans. Someone could combine both mods though, but I'm not ready to do that because I already have a task: I wanted to develop this mod in other direction. I'm slowly working on Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Mongolian cultures. I'm not sure when I'll finish it, but definitely not soon.

Any plans to ever add more languages to the New World continents? I remember a mod by the name of New World Colony Names did that, adding names to nearly every single province, but it's very out of date and also clashes with this mod.
