Sell Your Slaves - Desert Kingdoms Update

Description
This is a submod/temp update of the fantastic Sell Your Slaves mod.

I don't know what's taking so long for creator to update this baby, but it is sorely missed by all.
That being said, I'm asking for forgiveness rather than permission and releasing an update for patch 19 and the Desert Kingdoms DLC.

@Phalangitis over 4 years later and still nothing. Although, I agree that scottfree001 should have at least attempted to get permission. However, if you don't plan to or fail to update a mod after a long time (especially a popular one) it is appreciated to mark it as abandoned and then just invite others to update it for the community.

Mate I appreciate the enthusiasm but you did not even bother to ask for permission. Anyway you can keep this on until I update my own mod but then you should delete this. Next time please contact me first. Steam is very strict with such matters and you could get banned.
