It would be nice if the Holy Water didn't disappear after one hit, and instead created water whenever hit without limitations, but this is still great.

You should see the "BETTER Holy Water" mod (Just type the name in the search bar)

damage nerf might seem silly, but id rather it actually hits something than do nothing

Okay, hear me out.
Another possible way to buff Holy Water would be that if a red heart is dropped within the water, it turns in to a spirit heart. This gives it some synergy with items that make Isaac drop things when hurt, gives an interesting new use to The Jar, and of course items that hurt the player like Dull Razor.
But, either way, I'm downloading this because it neeeeeds a buff.
