A Better Holy Water?

I don't think I need to explain to you how Holy Water works 'cause you know it needs a buff, but to be sure:

Before:
- Gave a familiar that dropped a small pool of creep upon taking damage
- The familiar respawns upon entering another room

Changes
- Holy water now works similar to Bob's brain (or I at least tried to): it's a throwable familiar that upon impact with an enemy spawns a small pool of creep that damages enemies.
- The familiar respawns after a few seconds
- Multiple Holy Waters will wait their turn to be 'launched'

Config Options:
Default settings are Bold
- Set Holywater to it's default mechanic?. (On/Off)
- Change the size of the puddle it spawns (Off/With BFF/Always)
- Change if it should spawn a Blue flame on top of the puddle (Off/With BFF/Always)

- Mod Config. You need this to configure any settings.
- Works with External Items Descriptions (changed desc for the item)
- Doesn't work with True Co-op

Also, I added this to my Mega Mod 2, check it out if you feel like it!

Anyway, as always: If you find /any/ bugs at all, let me know.
