Report a translation problem
The update process for this mod is a little bit harder (as I take the main mod, and remove some parts).
The message wasn't about removing it immediatly, I was asking if there were some active users using it...
If it happens, you can switch to the full version.
To answer your question, both mods can teleport you to locations unavailable in normal gameplay, as long as you found a way to access it WITHOUT this mod. For example, to be able to teleport to the first boss room (as I did in the workshop presentation animation), I had to complete the whole boss once, and save the location of the boss room using a datacard, but I couldn't access it without going in it once at least.
"teleporting from deep underground" is possible with both version of the mod.
If you think it can be an interesting mecanic, I can try to make a patch for my mod to disable teleporting from deep underground for static teleporters, and add an extra cost for the full mod version
