Military buildings have garrisons (Updated for Vampire Coast)

Description
Updated Version of the Mod

This mod is simple, it gives military buildings garrisons for each faction. This increases the survivability of both the AI and player, and leads to more interesting and unique garrison armies.

No problem, I really should keep this one updated but I'm always tinkering with new ideas and old mods like this tend to get forgotten. He does a good job upkeeping it though you should leave him a like on his mod page

This mod is now under the care of @Harbinger, theres a link above at the top of the description. He's a very talented modder and helped me keep this one maintained when I had to manage my other mods.
