Atheism (godless / no religion characters)

This mod lets you play as, and against, atheist characters.
Since the CK2 framework assumes all characters have a religion, atheism is implemented as a new religion group, "No Religion", which characters can convert to.
Characters with the cynical trait are considered closet atheists, but with this mod they can convert to open atheism via decision.

Atheists:
- get bonuses to learning, intrigue and/or martial depending on the decisions they take
- can be played peacefully or aggressively
- can go on secular crusades ("Secular Liberation" CB) like religious characters - their CB targets an entire kingdom at once
- can build education-oriented buildings
- are seen by religious characters as worse than infidels - unless the religious character has sympathy for atheism
- can be converted to by AI-controlled characters, but only if they're independent, cynical, brave, and there aren't too many atheist realms already. Or, if they are your vassal and you're an atheist.
- tend to act very rationally when under AI control. For example, they will not declare a war unless they are quite confident they can win.

Implementation Notes:
- Everything in this mod is handled via decisions. There are no popups to deal with. Options are explained via tooltips when you mouse over them.
- This mod is compatible with most other mods, EXCEPT mods that add new religions, such as the "godless kings" mod this mod was originally based on. This mod is better than GK, because GK has many unfixed bugs, like broken religion icons, holy order mercs that tend to lock up, many sentences which have the word 'none' in odd places, etc.
- This mod uses the public domain "empty set", aka "null set" symbol from math to represent atheism. It looks like an "O" with a line through it. In math, the symbol means "an empty list". In this context it means "the list of gods that are real has no members", or in plain English "no gods exist".
