Increased Tower Rate of Fire

This mod increases the rate of fire of tower emplacements.

VANILLA / RISE OF THE SAMURAI:

- Tower firing delay reduced from 22 to 7.

FALL OF THE SAMURAI:

- Star Fort Cannons delay reduced from 200 to 100.
- Cannon towers firing delay reduced from 200 to 100.
- Arrow tower firing delay reduced from 40 to 15.
- Matchlock tower firing delay reduced from 60 to 15.
- Rifle tower firing delay reduced from 50 to 15.
- Gatling gun tower firing delay reduced from 5 to 2.

The reason these decreases are not consistent is that I remember reading a complaint on the total war forums that nobody bothers to build defensive emplacements; they're a waste of a construction slot. Subsequently, the more advanced emplacements are slightly more improved compared to the basic arrow tower changes.

Lethality may be too high. Feedback, please!

I do not know if this affects multiplayer. It might, as I don't recall seeing multiplayer specific values for these fields, so please be wary of playing multiplayer matches with this mod enabled. I'd hate for you to lose your avatars.
