Better Faction Info for Cultural Overhaul (Discontinued)

I have no intention of updating this mod in the future, if someone would like to take over this mod pm me and I can add you as a developer.

A remade version of my Better Faction Info mod for Petruxa's Cultural Overhaul mod.

A simple change to the localisation file for factions to make it show the happiness gain or loss from a demand being fulfilled or unfulfilled at a glance instead of having to mouse over the demands, except it works properly with Cultural Overhaul.

Cultural Overhaul is !REQUIRED! and this will not really do much without it.
Better Faction Info is not required as all of its files that are needed are included here. (Stuff breaks if both are on)
Currently supports English (Russian is planned for sometime in the future)
I do not intend on adding support for languages other than Russian and English because Cultural Overhaul does not support other languages. However if more languages are added to CO I will add them here if people request them.
Cultural Overhaul disables achievments in Ironman.
Incompatible with any mod that modifies the faction localisation files for both the base game and Cultural Overhaul.
Compatibile with 2.0.4 (Should work with other 2.0 versions)

Known Issues:
Some factions have overlapping demand localisation calls which results in weird naming for some of them, this is a bug/issue in Cultural Overhaul (I think) and not something I intend on fixing as it is outside the scope of this mod.
Some demands are also missing localisation all together (This is another bug from Cultural Overhaul that i'll work on eventually)
