Immersive Galaxy Generation

Description
Adds differences between galaxy ages (In 1.3.3 this was implemented to the stock game, this mod now just changes the weight values)

Makes "No Star" systems less likely to generate and allows more planet types to appear around them

Restricts some anomaly/planet combinations (See change notes)

I am looking to do a mod on planet generation. Can you direct me to the appropriate files?
Also I am a first time modder, long time coder. So if you could point me to the basic modding directions I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Nice to find, this is what I'm looking for, good work though! It would be better if completely without any "no star" system. No one likes them, especially within your border, leave it alone, then AI will colonize it, makes it completely a bummer.

I'm currently working on an update so I can decrease the weight of no star systems in it too, I don't know how other people feel about removing them completely so I won't do that yet but I agree that having a single unique planet in a system is a bummer.

Not sure about the mod compatibility the mods are changing the same file but different things so I don't think it should be an issue but I haven't tried it

Honestly this mod would be a refreshing change to minimizing mismatched anomalies/planet types and for getting the galaxy ages to give different gameplay styles, but I've got two questions:

1. Is it possible to disable the "No Star" system type from the generator on this mod? It's something that I've disliked since the base game, doesn't really make sense with how often interesting/Unique Planets ended up just floating around randomly, especially fertile ones or planets described as having a star... (Immersion breaking to say the least, as well as a waste in gameplay terms)

2. Will this conflict with the "Galaxy Generation Bigger Systems" mod by fb.aazzoggerr ?

Other than that, the mod's idea is something I can totally get behind. Feels like something that should have been in the game already. I'm leaving this on my faves to check back later. :fhappy:

It should work with multiplayer, but I don't think it's possible for only the host to need it because the game won't let you load the save or join the game without the mod active.

Does it work with multiplayer? And if so, do both players need the mod?
