2.0 - Added more restrictions on anomaly spawning
Friendly Locals no longer appear around Ash, Lava and barren planets
Lava planets can't have Hollow planet anomaly
Psychoactive Air, Hostile Fauna, Mutated flora and Acid rain can't spawn around barren planets
Ancient Ruins can't spawn at the academy planet
Polar Tempests are restricted from any type of hot planet
Coral Reefs can't spawn around Barren, Ash and Lava
Low gravity anomaly can't spawn on the same planet as High gravity
