This mod takes inspiration from period art and contemporary reenactments to add a certain chaos to ToB:

I have added 170+ new shield patterns to vanilla factions of varying color and design.

Future plans for the mod are hopefully to add more patterns based on historical art and expand to cover all factions in the game. This is a side-project for me among my main modwork for Attila, but I hope to make somewhat frequent updates regardless.


This mod is not compatible with any mod that changes the appearance of units.

This mod is compatible with all mods that change stats, since it only modifies unit appearance.


This mod was made quickly and is currently a bare foundation of work. I expect bugs and I ask that you report them so I can fix them when time allows.


This mod is organized to allow easier modding of the ToB shield designs. I encourage anyone wishing to attempt their own reskin work for ToB to use and reuse my data and textures. All you need to do is provide credit somewhere to me and my work.
