Description
UPDATE: I have not worked on AOW modding in a long time, and I lost the original files for this mod. If you intend to add this to your game, be sure to grab the patch https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2795400723. Also check out the other mods he has made, they are fantastic!

This mod shoots for adding new units with different elemental damage for every race and preferably perform a much needed roll for that race. Finished up one for every faction, just need some feed back from you all or ideas for new things. I will endeavor to learn more about the editor.

Tested compatible: Age of Wardrobe, AngelReskin, Corrupt the Source, More Colors for Coat of Arms, Structure Reward Variety, Army of Animated Corpses, Neutralize Mana Nod, Racial Class Unit Reskin, Triumphant Heroes, Summon Spell Tweaks, Racial Heritage, Racial Reinforcements. New Arsenal.

Tested incompatible: None so far!

Anyone still using this mod or wants to try it out, grab the patch over at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2795400723 . I have discontinued work on this mod long ago.

The official modding guide has information on how to make units appear in starting armies, it's in the section about the Blight Surgeon example unit. Read it carefully, I did the foolish thing and skimmed thinking I knew what I was doing, but I didn't and spent an additional 2 hours! As for using the sorceror stuff, it seems it's walled off in rpk files not using it. What I did was this:
1. Open the Sorceror's rpk
2. Copy the figure to the rpk (delete it in the first and relink the figure to the unit)
And that should be it. I am not entirely certain why this is, but it's what I found working.
The editor can be convoluted at times, but I am quite impressed by how powerful it is.

Fire Warden Icon has been updated, sorry about that. I was having some issues with my Photoshop software, no photoshop, no icon x). As far as the units spawning with the starting armies, I have yet to figure that one out, I think I was on the right path once but I feared that it may of overlapped some of the other mods? Been a bit now, already rusty lol. For some reason I can't see the Skin_Sorcerer file that the Phantasm Warrior has for its shield when I have the Fire Warden item slots selected, bugs the hell out of me.

Works excellent, I even made a character teamed around the Fire Wardens! I do however have a few notes for improvements:
-Fire Warden icon needs to be updated
-Units need to be added to random tables at game startup
-(Not that important, but still) Hmm, it seems the phantasm warrior shield, which I barely ever see reused, is not fused to the model. Perhaps Fire Warden will look better with it?

Any fix to the Fire Warden model? Again, I recommend the halberdier head as a base if it isn't fixed already, the fancy feathers make them look more glorious. I would also go with a different shield than the dwarven one, perhaps the elven or crusader one but made smaller, but that's a smaller issue.

Yes, the mustache on his visor bothers me, okay!?

All units should be visible/playable and compatible with mods tested in the list. Feedback is always welcome if units need to be fixed/rebalanced or other mods not being compatible.
