Anyone still using this mod or wants to try it out, grab the patch over at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2795400723 . I have discontinued work on this mod long ago.

The official modding guide has information on how to make units appear in starting armies, it's in the section about the Blight Surgeon example unit. Read it carefully, I did the foolish thing and skimmed thinking I knew what I was doing, but I didn't and spent an additional 2 hours! As for using the sorceror stuff, it seems it's walled off in rpk files not using it. What I did was this:
1. Open the Sorceror's rpk
2. Copy the figure to the rpk (delete it in the first and relink the figure to the unit)
And that should be it. I am not entirely certain why this is, but it's what I found working.
The editor can be convoluted at times, but I am quite impressed by how powerful it is.

Fire Warden Icon has been updated, sorry about that. I was having some issues with my Photoshop software, no photoshop, no icon x). As far as the units spawning with the starting armies, I have yet to figure that one out, I think I was on the right path once but I feared that it may of overlapped some of the other mods? Been a bit now, already rusty lol. For some reason I can't see the Skin_Sorcerer file that the Phantasm Warrior has for its shield when I have the Fire Warden item slots selected, bugs the hell out of me.

Works excellent, I even made a character teamed around the Fire Wardens! I do however have a few notes for improvements:
-Fire Warden icon needs to be updated
-Units need to be added to random tables at game startup
-(Not that important, but still) Hmm, it seems the phantasm warrior shield, which I barely ever see reused, is not fused to the model. Perhaps Fire Warden will look better with it?

Any fix to the Fire Warden model? Again, I recommend the halberdier head as a base if it isn't fixed already, the fancy feathers make them look more glorious. I would also go with a different shield than the dwarven one, perhaps the elven or crusader one but made smaller, but that's a smaller issue.

Yes, the mustache on his visor bothers me, okay!?

All units should be visible/playable and compatible with mods tested in the list. Feedback is always welcome if units need to be fixed/rebalanced or other mods not being compatible.

Should be a 9 armor, 12 resis now. Had to fix up icons once more, forgot to do little number changes. Should be all good in Halfling world... Damn them.

Working on him now, just noticed that he was missing his link to the actual model. Which is friggen strange considering I was just playing a game with them in the game yesterday. I will upload a fix here shortly, just finished up the new icon. Keeping me on my feet :P

Only this mod in load, halfling magician still crashes lol. I don't know why I can't get the unit. Oh well. Even verified game file integrity.

Just tested every race. All the units show up for New Arsenal + this + Racial Heritage except for the Halfling crash.

Building Halfling Magician crashes my game (unit preview is also empty in the city build screen). Something is funky with the model for that unit. Also the Magician shows up now as opposed to earlier. I'm Umbrella, can't post on the main page with the other account due to $ restrictions.

Great job on the fixes and edits (also the Magician icon looks real bad along w/ the High Elf one).

I'll go ahead and redo the High Elf Exiled icon, the friggen pink... Eraser tool was not being kind to me, the elf is way to skinny as is xD

Should be no more problems with New Arsenal, and hopefully no more of the same type of problems in the future thanks to Griffith finding the problem. We both had the racial link file edited, so whichever mod had the higher priority removed the others units. Made new links to each race and it worked out.

Negative. I tried all basic buildings, even the addon buildings like the shooting range. Funny thing is when I put the mod priority higher up, I could see my units, but not his. I was able to see his buildings that way though. It most likely has to do with the way we set up our units. Buildings don't seem to be the problem atleast. I can't seem to find a work around on my end alone, not yet anyways :/. I would def be more then happy to share my mod files with him to get this stuff sorted out lol. Power to the people etc. Taking a break from that until some contact is made. Otherwise fixing up the icons, about to upload them even.

New arsenal has to manipulate the warhall strings to make the connection with the new buildings! Cant that be the problem? And changing it to stone wall etc. wont work? D:

All apart of the plan. Bahaha. I'll do some model cleaning when I figure out why the heck this isn't compatible with New Arsenal. Figured out it wasn't the buildings atleast after moving around the priorities... Blah. Never simple.

I would suggest making the Fire Wardens have the Halberdier's head instead as right now it looks like a mustache attached to his helmet's visor!

Sadly I came across the conflict with new arsenal. But we really need both mods for the combined power of these new, cool units. Could you look into it? Maybe make a compatibility mod with the author or try to put the Units at the siege workshop or mb stone wall? Then there should not be a conflict with empire building and new arsenal! Would be awesome! Cause I also need the new T3,T4 units from new arsenal! ;)

Really cool mod. Especially cause u instantly spotted the weakpoint of the massive Orc Behemoth! :D Now I can enjoy it fully. Please go on with your great work and add even more for t1-t4 ;)
