Start technology :
Add New technology "Doctrine: Basis Command " to increase the starting fleet command limit to 40 from 20.

Repeatable technology :
Fleet Management Program (+20 naval capabilities) levels increased from 5 to unlimit.
Admiralty Support Staff (+10 Fleet command limit) levels increases from 5 to 10.
Lnterstellar Expansion (+1 star capacity) levels increases from 5 to unlimit.

ascension perks :
Naval capabilities increased to +100 from +80.
Fleet command limit increased to +50 from +20.
Naval capabilities increased to +20% from +0%.

So without repeatable technology and ascension perks, the command limit is 200.
with all the repeatable technology and without ascension perks, the command limit is 300.
with both is 350.

帝國艦隊容量+20 的循環科技最大層數由 5 層改成無限層.
艦隊指揮上限+10 的循環科技最大層數由 5 層改成 10 層.


飛昇 : 星河力量投射 :
帝國艦隊容量+80 改成 +100.
艦隊指揮上限+20 改成 +50.
帝國艦隊容量+0%改成 +20%.
