Description
LMS CO 1-4 Recon
Recon is a Singleplayer or Coop mission for 1 to 4 players, featuring a small PMC recon group.

Mission setting:
Island: Stratis
Daytime: 2018-01-13, 07:00 (can be changed)
Weather: clear, foggy (can be changed)

Mission goal:
Simple yet hard: identify a target among the resistance, hidden in the woods. Once your target found and not killed, contact your HQ to know the next steps - kill or spare.

Gear:
Silenced weapons, NVGs, UAV with TI

Functionalities:
- camera intro and mini-cutscenes
- detailed briefing
- fully voiced
- translated (EN/FR)
- randomised: the target identity and location changes on every game
- server-side mission settings
- stealth is rewarded
- interactive actions
- NO MODS REQUIRED - Apex weapons needed

Yes, this one is quite "raw" and can be frustrating - either decimate everyone or carefully sneak and look at everyone's face - tedious.
I am thinking of adding an "area of operation" for the target after some time not finding it

Nice mission, we didn't find the target yet, but I like the vibe and the detail in it.

One little detail: I think you should have disabled driving collision damage on offroads or at least on their drivers. More than half of offroads have crashed somewhere and their drivers died :D
And we were not running any mods except CBA and TFAR.

Fix release:
- Add possibility to save in single player
- Add flashlight to % of enemies that can be adjusted in MP (default 33%)
- Add combatMode "GREEN" to player's group
- Fix target 2 name

Protip: pick a night time and use NVGs - if you are about to encounter someone walking, lie down and wait. Resistance doesn't have NVGs! (I should add them flashlights in the next update though)

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately my friends aren't exactly the most skilled (or maybe they just don't pay attention lol ) players, so we tend to die a lot, which includes me lol.

Hi Major1Nut, group respawn (taking control of a group AI) is the only respawn available here. Revive is enabled though!
I chose this way to make players aware of their death, so they fear bullets and don't rush. I hope it suits you!

Thank you Laid3acK, I very much appreciate your feedback and I am glad that you enjoyed it! Other LMS missions do not have such polished state (so far) but I think you may like some of them!

o.illhardt, well, I know it can be (and most of the time, IS) frustrating; but the format of this mission doesn't really allow for save checkpoints - the first goal is to find the target, dealing or not with it, and exfiltrate. Thinking of it, the only logical save point one could have here would be once the target is found /and/ you are not spotted. I may update it soon to add this save checkpoint then, as well as additional voices and/or Linux v1.80 compatibility. Thanks for your feedback anyway, much appreciated indeed!
